创建于1996年，原名东台市中微特电机厂，2023年更名为江苏西矩电机有限公司，分东西两个生产厂区，共占地41亩，厂房17000 平方，位于江苏中部，东台市范公大桥南龙光西路19号。

专业智造YE3、YE4、YE5系列三相异步电动机，YVF2变频调速三相电机，YBX3防爆三相电动机及抛丸机专用电机等。

制造电机的核心分为电磁设计和机械设计二大块。电磁设计上，公司行业资深工程师，先后创新改型了上科所设计的112、132、 160、180、315、355,6大系列电机定转子，具有功率大、温升低、过载系数高等特点。
机械设计上：自主研发并生产了五工位车端面打孔专机、销壳专机、铣槽专机，并获得了多项国家专利，提升了生产电机的速度和品质，适应了市场对产品”离质量、低价位”的需求。

Founded in 1996, it was formerly known as Dongtai Zhongweite Motor Factory. In 2023, it was renamed Jiangsu Xiju Motor Co., Ltd. The company covers an area of 41 mu and has a factory area of 17,000 square meters. It is located in the central part of Jiangsu, No. 19, Longguang West Road, Fangong Bridge, Dongtai City. 
Professional manufacturing YE3, YE4, YE5 series three-phase asynchronous motor, YVF2 variable speed three-phase motor, YBX3 flameproof three-phase motor and specifically designed motor for shot blasting machine, etc. 
The core fields of motor design mainly include electromagnetic design and mechanical design. In terms of electromagnetic design, our senior engineers have made outstanding improvements to the stators and rotors of the six series of motors of 112, 132, 160,180,315 and 355 designed by SEARi, which has the characteristics of high power, low temperature rise and high overload coeffi­cient. 
In terms of mechanical design, we have independently developed and produced five-station drilling machine of facing, boring machine and slot milling machine, and obtained a number of national patents, which not only improves the production speed and quality of the motor, but also conforms to the market demand for high-quality and low-priced products.
